What's the minimum investment?
Most A-to-Z engagements start at €25,000 working capital. Prep-only and recovery services have lower entry points — contact us for a quote.
How long until the store is profitable?
Realistic window is 3 to 6 months for FBA, faster for migrations. We'll give you an honest read after the discovery call.
Who owns the seller account?
You do. Always. The legal entity, payout account and admin access stay with the client. We operate under a service contract.
How is the prep center priced?
Per-unit fees with volume tiers, plus optional bundling and inspection add-ons. No retainer for prep-only clients.
Which regions do you support?
EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, PL, NL, SE) and US. UK on request.
What does reporting look like?
A live dashboard plus a fixed-format monthly P&L: revenue, COGS, marketplace fees, ads, prep, logistics, net margin, cash position, next-month plan.
